Are there setup fees?

Onboarding is included on annual agreements. Month-to-month plans carry a one-time $500 onboarding fee.

What counts as a seat?

Any user with a managed device or email account. Servers and network gear are covered separately at $95 each per month.

Do you cover after-hours work?

Professional and Enterprise plans include 24/7 monitoring. Starter after-hours work bills at $185/hour.

Can we switch plans?

Yes — request a change from your client portal and we'll confirm it with you. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect the following billing cycle.
